PER's budget
As a charity, PER receives all of its funds through fundraising activities, corporate monetary donations, in-kind donations and the goodwill of private individuals.
In addition to the funds received through official sponsors and individual contributions, PER organises a number of fundraising events throughout the year to help meet our funding target. PER aims at organising events in which everyone can take part, including the children living in the centres we support.
The pandemic has disrupted these fundraising events. However, the centres we support are still operating, often at increased capacity.
PER is an association of volunteers who dedicate their time and resources and, as such, it has a few administrative expenditures.
Our 2021 yearly budget to carry out our projects is approximately Rp 320 million.
For the year 2021, PER has committed 43 million IDR for school fees at the Sentul orphanage and 212 million IDR for centre operations. We are regularly fundraising to meet these goals and to ensure the continuity of the center projects.
In 2020, PER spent 332 million IDR, of which 73% went directly to centre support.

In 2019, PER raised nearly 217 million IDR, 67% thanks to fundraising events and 22% from the child sponsorship programme.
PER spent 265 Million IDR in 2019 for the 5 shelters we support and has committed 78 million IDR for school fees at the Nicholas Orphange for the 2019-2020 school year.
In 2018 PER raised 249 million IDR, 83% thanks to fundraising events. 
PER spent 392 million IDR in 2018 to support the 5 centres, including 85 million IDR for school fees at the Nicholas Orphanage.
